But the real education that made him Naushad Parpia happened in libraries between his lectures. He immersed himself in the autobiographies of people who made a difference in the world and themselves as well, who defied odds and reached where their heart led to.

Since he never slowed down, his childhood spark grew into a phenomenal passion. He became the founder and CEO of Plative and Earthside Farms. Plative is a tech consultancy that landed on the Inc 5000 list five years in a row. Then comes Earthside Farms, a snack company that focuses on healthy eating, longevity, and sustainable wellbeing. 

Through these companies, Naushad’s sole purpose is to build things that last and add value to people’s lives.
